Group TXT (Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) became Dior’s new face.
According to French luxury brand Dior, TXT was selected as an ambassador on August 10th.
TXT is the first group to be selected as an ambassador in Dior’s history.
In the future, TXT will participate in various brand activities as Dior’s official ambassador and conduct creative collaborations with Dior Men’s Artistic Director Kim Jones in terms of stage costumes. As part of this, TXT recently performed at “Lollapalooza” wearing Dior costumes.
TXT shared their thoughts, “Lollapalooza marked the beginning of our journey as Dior ambassadors. We loved being onstage and dressed in the special outfits that Kim Jones designed for us. It is a great honor to share a milestone moment with Dior. We look forward to our journey ahead with Dior. We hope to continue to show TXT’s versatility through this partnership.”
An official from Dior said, “Global icon TXT joins Dior as an ambassador and forms a special relationship with Dior House and Kim Jones. TXT is a Korean artist who will embody the unique sensibility of the classical yet modern Dior.“
Meanwhile, TXT became the first K-pop group to perform as a headliner at the large-scale music festival “Lollapalooza” held in Chicago, USA on August 5th.
