On January 23rd, Tzuyu shared some new photos from her vacation with former CLC member Elkie. In these photos, the two idols sport matching swimsuits. Back in 2021, Elkie caused a stir by deleting photos of herself with Tzuyu on social media, fueling rumors of a possible falling out between the two. In 2023, and in an interview, Elkie set the record straight, affirming that they are still close.

She explained that the decision to remove the photos was actually made by their respective companies. In a video where Tzuyu’s mom is seen cooking sesame oil chicken for her daughter in Korea, Elkie also makes an appearance, proving that their friendship is still going strong.

Born in 1999, Tzuyu is the youngest member of TWICE. In her day-to-day life, she’s known for her modest and feminine fashion. The photos she shares on her personal Instagram usually reflect her preference for and gentle outfits. However, in promotional photos taken by JYP company, Tzuyu can be seen rocking more daring outfits.

Despite being the maknae of the group, Tzuyu is the tallest member. Standing at 1.7 meters with a seductive figure and a slender waist, she often flaunts her toned body in tight-fitting or crop top outfits during activities.

While TWICE once ruled the charts with hit songs like “Cheer Up,” “T.T,” “Signal,” and “Likey,” their domestic popularity has taken a bit of a dip in recent years. Title tracks like “I Can’t Stop Me,” “Scientist,” and “Set Me Free” didn’t quite reach the top spots. Nevertheless, the group still boasts a loyal fan base that ensures successful world tours.

According to Korea JoongAng Daily, TWICE has graced many large stadiums worldwide with their concerts. The group is gearing up to make a comeback with their new song, “I Got You,” on February 2. Their world tour will kick off with shows in Mexico and Brazil this February, followed by performances at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Yanmar Nagai Stadium in Osaka, and Nissan Stadium in Yokohama. Notably, TWICE is making history as the first Kpop girl group to perform at Nissan Stadium.
