In the latest episode of the YouTube series “Sana’s Fridge Interview”, the idol reflected on the conclusion of Fridge Interview Season 2. During the talk, she brought up the April dating rumor that unexpectedly linked her to G-Dragon.
The speculation began when G-Dragon attended Coldplay’s concert in Korea—where TWICE performed as guest artists—and shared a post on his social media tagging only Sana’s account. This sparked rumors among fans and media alike.
At the time, G-Dragon’s agency clarified:
“The tagging happened shortly after filming ‘Sana’s Fridge Interview’ together. It was simply a friendly gesture following the shoot. We didn’t clarify earlier because revealing the connection might have spoiled G-Dragon’s upcoming appearance on the program.”
G-Dragon appeared on Fridge Interview alongside broadcaster Dex, creating an unexpected yet memorable combination of guests. Sana recalled:
“That day felt like a real memory. It was such a sudden gathering—something that could only happen on ‘Sana’s Fridge Interview’. I wasn’t sure if I could talk about it, but (G-Dragon) tagged my account on SNS. The members knew he had been on the show, but since it was only days after filming, I couldn’t say ‘He was on Fridge Interview.’ My mouth was itching to tell, but I waited and waited until it finally aired a month later.”
Meanwhile, TWICE is in the midst of their sixth world tour, “THIS IS FOR”, and on August 2 (local time) made history as the first K-pop girl group to headline the Lollapalooza Chicago music festival at Grant Park, Illinois.
