Only one Gen 4 idol can enter the list of 8 female idols with the highest brand value scores in 2022
The Korean Business Research Institute announces the brand reputation score of K-pop celebrities every month. The eight most famous female idols in 2022 are from two big entertainment companies, SM Entertainment and YG Entertainment.
1st place: Jennie (BLACKPINK)
In 2022, Jennie earned a total brand score of 47,054,780. The female idol topped the Korean Business Research Institute’s reputation rankings for 7 months.
This year, Jennie has had many outstanding activities in various fields such as making a comeback and running a world tour with BLACKPINK, acting in The Idol, participating in events and advertising campaigns of Chanel, Calvin Klein, Porsche, Hera, Tamburins, Jacquemus, Gentle Monster, and Chum Churum.
2nd place: Taeyeon (SNSD)
Taeyeon still maintains her reputation after 15 years of debut. In 2022, the female idol achieved a total of 35,854,665 brand reputation points. In addition to outstanding musical activities, the leader of SNSD is also a familiar face of many TV shows and advertising campaigns.
3rd place: Jisoo (BLACKPINK)
