This star shows support for her best friend IU, releasing a short clip of IU greeting the audience at “Broker” VIP Premiere

The identity of the star who always cheers on her friend IU has been revealed.

On June 3rd, Jiyeon posted a short video on her Instagram Story along with the caption “So cool, so pretty♥ Let’s make a big hit, Broker!”. She also tagged the account of singer-actress IU.

In the video filmed by Jiyeon, IU was greeting the audience at the VIP Premiere Screening of the movie “Broker” on June 2nd. Jiyeon’s affection for IU was conveyed through her caption. 

Jiyeon and IU have been maintaining a strong friendship since their appearance on SBS’s variety show “Heroes” in 2010.

“Broker,” starring IU, will hit the theaters in Korea starting from June 8th. The movie depicts the unexpected journey of those who form special relationships around the baby box.
