A Korean actor is drawing attention for his chemistry with more than one actress in his K-drama, even facing dating rumors with one.
Actor Kim Young Kwang recently returned with the K-drama “Call It Love”, where he starred alongside star actress Lee Sung Kyung and idol-actress Hani. Through this drama, the actor is drawing a lot of attention, seeing that he becomes “entangled” with both the female lead and the second female lead.

For starters, before “Call It Love” started to air, Kim Young Kwang and Lee Sung Kyung became engulfed in dating rumors. In fact, during the press conference for the drama, director Lee Kwang Young even thought that the couple are dating for real, saying that he can “felt their emotions for each other” via their gazes. Many other staff members also thought the same, believing that the two naturally fall in love while acting.
Also in “Call It Love”, Kim Young Kwang played an adult scene with Lee Sung Kyung in episode 12th, after their characters confess their love to each other. Interestingly, however, the male star also played an adult scene with Hani – who played the second female lead. In “Call It Love”, Hani assumes the role of Kim Young Kwang’s character’s ex-lover, who lived next door. In the past, they were deeply in love, and so there were a lot of intimate scenes between them.

On the other hand, Hani once “exposed” Kim Young Kwang regarding the filming process of their intimate scenes. According to the idol-actress, she and Kim Young Kwang barely talked to each other on the set, since they want to maintain a “cold relationship” as “ex-lovers”. However, they ended up having to act out an adult scene, which serves as a recollection in the drama, causing them to both be shy. As a result, Kim Young Kwang accidentally bited Hani in the head while filming this scene, causing her to laugh.
“Fortunately, we were able to successfully filmed this scene in full later on”, Hani also added.
Meanwhile, Kim Young Kwang, who was born in 1987, has starred in various projects, such as “Pinocchio”, “Good Doctor”, and most recently, “Somebody”. Unfortunately, since his latest work, “Call It Love”, is aired on Disney+, it was unable to draw much international attention, due to the OTT platform’s lack of availability in most nations.
