This actor married his crush after making a confession to her on a variety show

Actor Jin Goo confessed his unrequited love for a woman when appearing on a show and then ended up marrying her the following year.

In December 2013, Jin Goo guested in the “Introducing my lonely friends” Special of MBC’s entertainment program “Infinite Challenge”.

At that time, the actor shared, “I’m in a one-sided love and I don’t think I can confess to her this year”. As other people encouraged him to reveal his unrequited love, Jin Goo said, “I’m afraid of making a confession in front of the person I love”.

In the end, Jin Goo succeeded in marrying his crush the following year. It is known that Jin Goo’s wife didn’t like him at first but seeing his reveal his heart on the broadcast, she gained great faith in him.

Jin Goo touched the hearts of his wife and brought tears to his wife’s eyes by making a one-hour video, which included a birthday celebration clip, for his wife before their marriage and giving her a movie-like romantic proposal. The actor and his wife later had two sons.

Jin Goo recently struggled to play the main character Lee Ho-cheol, a firefighter who tries to save his kidnapped daughter, in OCN’s drama “A Superior Day”.

He will star in the movie “The Witch 2”, which is set to premiere in June. The actor revealed his nice beard in an interview last year, saying he grew it for his upcoming work. Therefore, the viewers are looking forward to seeing what kind of acting he will show in “The Witch 2”.
