Jeon Yeo-been will play Lee Da-eum, a woman who, after being diagnosed with a terminal illness, decides to become the main character in the movie at the end of her life.
Namgoong Min will play Lee Je-ha, a film director who decides to shoot a movie with a terminally ill patient as the lead.
