The released video shows Yoo Jae Suk chatting with two “Running Man” members, singer Haha and comedian Yang Se-chan. The topic of their conversation was “company dinners”.

Yoo Jae Suk said, “I don’t really like company dinners. If we finish our work early and ask each other ‘shall we go get something to eat?’, I may likely go once or twice. However, they (juniors) have their own schedules, too.”

Upon hearing this, Haha said, “At such time, I often thought, ‘I hope he gives me money’.”

Yoo Jae Suk immediately reacted by saying, “I actually gave juniors money.” He also emphasized, “Even after becoming a senior, I usually think about what would I liked best when I was a junior. That’s why I often do that.”

“Don’t juniors always think, ‘Company dinners are nice, and I like it when the seniors buy me delicious food… But I don’t have any money now, so I’m worried about the taxi fees to go home after dinner because it’s already midnight’?”, Yoo Jae Suk continued, adding, “For example, if they don’t have money to pay for the taxi, they must wait until dawn to catch a bus. Therefore, I think it’s better to pay the taxi fees for them or let them go home early.”

Finally, Yoo Jae Suk shared, “During the company dinners, juniors might be thinking by themselves, ‘They don’t even let me participate in that conversation’. Some seniors say, ‘Hey, come over here, there’s a good spot for you’, but when the juniors actually go there, the seniors just briefly introduce the juniors and then talk among themselves. Seniors always tell the juniors to eat well and enjoy the meal, but the juniors may feel uncomfortable.”

He concluded by emphasizing, “Everyone should feel comfortable and enjoy a company dinner together.”
