During his own concert, a male idol asked his fans to sing and couldn’t help but feel extremely proud and shocked.
For fans of 2nd generation Kpop artists, BEAST is by no means an unfamiliar name. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say that BEAST once stood side-by-side with TVXQ, BIGBANG, Super Junior, and more, as the nation’s most popular boy groups. Even more surprisingly, they are still active as a group, though now under the name of HIGHLIGHT.
Yang Yoseob is the main vocalist of HIGHLIGHT (formerly BEAST), who captivates fans with his sweet voice, handsome scholarly appearance, and outstanding physique. After 15 years of activity, Yoseob still maintains a certain level of popularity, and recently held a solo concert that attracted thousands of fans. It was also during this concert that a footage of Yoseob with his fans went viral on social media, capturing the male idol’s shock.
In particular, the video shows Yoseob singing a duet song, and fans at the concert singing along with him. However, despite being in a noisy concert space with a large number of people, the fans sang amazingly well, on-key and without missing a beat. On the other hand, the duet song performed was “Love Day”, which was originally performed by Yoseob and Apink Eunji.
During the concert, Yoseob sings his part while the fans sing Eunji’s part. While Eunji is known to be a formidable female vocalist in the Kpop scene with a wide vocal range and solid techniques, Yoseob’s fans can still handle Eunji’s parts with no difficulties. As a result, many viewers were shocked to hear the astounding harmony, whilst Yoseob himself looked extremely shocked and proud.
