The reason why only Jung Eun-ji got banned from using light pink lipstick during her debut days with Apink

Singer-actress Jung Eun-ji revealed an anecdote about the early days of Apink’s debut.

On the broadcast of tvN’s entertainment program “Mountain City Women/ 산꾼도시여자들” aired on February 25th, “Work Later, Drink Now” cast Jung Eun-ji, Han Sun-hwa, and Lee Sun-bin came to Jeju Island to climb Hallasan Mountain.

On this day, the girls challenged the Eoseungsangak, which is one of the small peaks of Hallasan Mountain, for a rehearsal ahead of climbing the Hallasan Mountain. Before climbing, they arrived at a seafood restaurant in Jeju and filled their stomachs with the “Morning sashimi”.

Jung Eun-ji then recalled her first visit to Jeju Island for the filming of Apink’s music video. “I was banned from using this during my debut days”, she gave a small quiz for Han Sun-hwa and Lee Sun-bin to guess.

The banned object was “light pink lipstick”. Jung Eun-ji explained, “My group is Apink, but pink lipstick was forbidden. It was the light pink color that is nearly white. It didn’t look good on me so the makeup artist applied a different color”.
