Actor Lee Jong Suk revealed that he was worried about hiding his appearance ahead of the release of his upcoming movie “Decibel”.
On the morning of October 21st, a production briefing for the movie “Decibel” (Director Hwang In Ho) was held at the entrance of Lotte Cinema Konkuk University in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Actors Kim Rae Won Kim, Lee Jong Suk, Jeong Sang Hoon, Park Byung Eun, and Cha Eun Woo.
“Decibel” is a thriller action movie, which revolves around the battle between a bomb designer (Lee Jong Suk), who wants to occupy the city center with a special bomb that explodes when the noise increases, and a former deputy captain of the navy (Kim Rae Won), who becomes his target. With an overwhelming scale and a fresh material called “a bomb that responds to noise”, the movie is a highly-anticipated project even before its release.
At the press conference, Lee Jong Suk explained, “My character is not only a bomb designer, but also someone who calls Kim Rae Won. He doesn’t appear until the middle of the movie.”
The actor also added, “I didn’t expect to attend this production briefing because it was said that my appearance itself was a spoiler.”
Lastly, Lee Jong Suk aroused curiosity by saying, “It is a work with many twists.”
“Decibel” will be released on November 16th.
