The reason why Go Youn Jung of “Alchemy of Souls 2” lost her memory and came back to life is revealed.
In tvN’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Alchemy of Souls 2,” which aired on Dec 11th, the truth about Jin Bu Yeon (played by Go Youn Jung) three years ago was revealed.
In this episode, Jin Ho Kyung (Park Eun Hye) was stunned by the news that her eldest daughter Jin Bu Yeon disappeared during the wedding and visited Teacher Lee (Lim Cheol Soo). Jin Ho Kyung’s first word was, “Did her memory and power come back?” This meant that Jin Bu Yeon was still not a whole person. Teacher Lee said, “Because the soul belongs to Nak Soo (Go Youn Jung). Did you lock her in the room to connect their blood? This child has Nak Soo’s soul, what is she going to do? Did you try to get rid of it again?” he shouted.
Since then, the truth from three years ago has been revealed. Three years ago, Mu Deok (Jung So Min) jumped into Gyeongcheon Big Lake, the tomb of reincarnated people, but Jin Ho Kyung, who found out that Mu Deok was Jin Jin Bu Yeon at the end, rescued her petrified body. Jin Ho Kyung promised herself, “I will never let Jang Wook know,” adding, “The one who was affectionate with Jang Wook (Lee Jae Wook) is Nak Soo, not Jin Bu Yeon. It’s a price for the pain I have to live looking at the face that is not my child’s,” she added. However, Jin Bu Yeon eventually met Jang Wook again and married him overnight.
