The place where BTS RM, Jimin and BIGBANG G-Dragon live… Hit the highest price of 9 billion won

“Nine One Hannam”, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where famous celebrities live, surpassed 9 billion won and hit the highest price.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction price disclosure system on Dec 8th, “Nine One Hannam” (206㎡ for exclusive use) located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul was traded at 9.45 billion won on Nov 7th.

Only two items were traded at “Nine One Hannam” this year, with the previous transaction being 8.5 billion won in March. It exceeded 9 billion won in 8 months. In a situation where housing prices are generally declining, reports of ultra-high-priced houses are drawing attention.

“Nine One Hannam” was built on the site of a foreigners’ apartment in Hannam-dong and people began moving in in December 2019. It consists of 341 households in 9 buildings with 4 basement floors and 5~9 ground floors. The balanced construction includes 75 pyeong (206㎡ for exclusive use), 89 pyeong (244㎡ for exclusive use), duplex (273㎡ for exclusive use), penthouse (244㎡) and super penthouse (245㎡).

“Nine One Hannam” is one of the complexes that attracts attention as many famous celebrities live there. BIGBANG G-Dragon bought a penthouse (244㎡) in full cash in April, drawing attention. BTS RM and Jimin also became owners of homes there. It is known that couple Jang Yoon Jung and Do Kyung Wan live there.
