The identity of the actor who was recently arrested on suspicions of drug use has been revealed

Korean netizens found out the identity of the 40-year-old actor who was recently suspected of taking drugs.

Sports Kyunghyang recently reported the case of actor A who was arrested on the charge of taking drugs. Shortly after the article was published, Korean netizens found out the identity of A based on a mosaic photo of him attached to the article.

He is Lee Sang-bo, an actor born in 1981 and has turned 40 this year.

Lee Sang-bo debuted in 2006 and has played supporting roles in about 10 works. After starring in KBS’s daily drama “Miss Monte-Cristo” in 2021 as the second male lead, Lee Sang-bo made his face and name known to the public.

Earlier, the Seoul Gangnam Station reportedly arrested A at his home in Nohyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 2 p.m on September 10th. Accordingly, A was unable to talk and walk properly at the time he was arrested. The police found dozens of pills at A’s house.

Based on the released information, such as “male actor in his 40s” and “debuted in 2006”, netizens raised suspicions and called out actors Park Hae-jin and Lee Moo-saeng. As a result, the two actors had to release official statements denying the rumors.

Meanwhile, Lee Sang-bo has not carried out any activity in 2022. His Instagram account has also been switched to private mode.
