“The Glory” Lim Ji Yeon’s exclusive contract with Artist Company expires in May

Actress Lim Ji Yeon’s exclusive contract with her agency is about to expire.

According to Star News on March 28th, it was confirmed that Lim Ji Yeon is in final discussions about renewing the contract with her agency Artist Company ahead of the expiration of her exclusive contract at the end of May.

Lim Ji Yeon, who debuted as an actress with the 2011 movie “Dear Catastrophe”, has accumulated her own filmography through the films “Obsessed”, “The Treacherous”, “Luck Key”, “Tazza: One Eyed Jack”, “Spiritwalker”, MBC’s drama “Blow Breeze”, TVING’s “The Mansion” and Netflix’s “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area”.

In particular, in Netflix’s series “The Glory” released in December last year, Lim Ji Yeon perfectly digested her first villain role as Park Yeon Jin, a weather presenter who bullied and physically abused Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) during high school. She appeared on JTBC’s “Newsroom” on March 26th thanks to the drama’s global popularity.

After successfully completing “The Glory”, Lim Ji Yeon confirmed her appearance in SBS’ “National Death Penalty Vote” and tvN’s “A House With A Yard”, heralding trending moves.
