The genius child actor who played Song Yoon-ah’s son becomes the male lead in Netflix’s new drama

Yoon Chan-young won the Child Actor Award in 2014 for playing the role of Song Yoon-ah‘s son in the MBC drama Mama. The following year, he played the young version of Lee Bang-ji‘s role in the SBS drama “Six Flying Dragons.”

Yoon Chan-young spent his childhood working as a child actor in various dramas and independent films. In 2019, when he was 19 years old, he won the last Child Actor Award for his performance as an analgesia patient in the drama “Doctor John.”

However, even in 2020, when he became an adult, Yoon Chan-young played a middle school student five years younger than his real age. It is a role as a high school student in the Netflix drama “All Of Us Are Dead,” which will be released on January 28th.

“All Of Us Are Dead” is a story of students isolated in the school where the zombie virus spread and waiting for rescue and struggling together to survive. This drama drew worldwide attention with more than 12 million views in just two weeks after the trailer was released.
