Recently, a video titled “We Brought Taengoo Out of the House” was uploaded to the YouTube channel INNOCENT (이넉살). In the episode, rapper Nucksal joined Taeyeon for a Pilates session, struggling to keep up as Taeyeon impressed viewers with her toned physique and natural flexibility.

When asked how often she leaves the house, Taeyeon firmly denied that her “homebody” image is just a concept. “I don’t go out. There’s nowhere to go. I don’t know where everyone goes,” she said. “There was a time I stayed home for over a week.”

Nucksal jokingly brought up a past story about her getting lost at home and being late to a schedule. Taeyeon playfully responded, “The navigation didn’t work inside my house. And I had run out of data.” The unexpected comment drew laughter, subtly highlighting the scale of her living space.

Taeyeon also revealed that she spends much of her day watching YouTube, playing games, and browsing beauty-related content. “I leave YouTube on at home and check all the channels I’m subscribed to. My algorithm is full of beauty content,” she shared.

When it comes to streaming services, Taeyeon admitted she subscribes to seven platforms: Wavve, Netflix, TVING, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV, and Coupang Play. Nucksal reacted in disbelief, asking why she subscribes to both HBO Max and Coupang Play if some content overlaps. Taeyeon explained, “There are things that aren’t included. HBO Originals are there. A lot of relationship dramas get uploaded.” Impressed, Nucksal joked, “You’re truly young and rich. Young & rich really is different.”

Taeyeon also confessed her love for delivery food, especially pork cutlet. “I’m obsessed with delivery food. My life menu is pork cutlet. I really love it. I love the sauce. It’s so good,” she said. She added that gaming is another favorite pastime, sometimes spending an entire day playing at home. Despite saying she subscribes to too many YouTube channels to count, Taeyeon humorously admitted she does not subscribe to fellow tvN co-star Kim Dong-hyun’s channel, sparking laughter on set.

Taeyeon has long been recognized for her financial success. In 2016, she ranked eighth on a broadcast list of “Rising Billionaire Stars of 2030.” It was also revealed that she earned approximately 900 million KRW from Girls’ Generation activities in 2014 alone. Estimates suggest her total earnings from 2007 to 2023 average over 13 billion KRW.

Since her solo debut in 2015, Taeyeon has remained active in entertainment, endorsements, and public activities. She also connects with fans through her YouTube channels Taengoo TV and No Exit Taeyeon, maintaining a strong and loyal fanbase.
