Singer and actress Suzy shared behind-the-scenes stories from the filming of “Lee Do-na!”
On the 30th, a video titled “We Brought You the Most Precious Lee Do-na Behind-the-Scenes” was posted on the Netflix Korea YouTube channel. Actors Suzy and Yang Se-jong appeared as guests in the video.
In the video, Yang Se-jong praised Suzy’s acting, saying, “Suzy portrayed Lee Do-na so well. She connected the emotions and sentiments really well. She has such diverse charm.” He added, “She has an aura. I felt an aura-like energy every time I portrayed Lee Do-na during this shoot. I’m just a college student.”
Later in the video, when asked, “What was the scene with the most NGs (mistakes)?” both of them simultaneously shouted, “Putting on toe socks.” Suzy explained, “It was really hard to hold back laughter. We hardly ever make NGs, but at that time, it was so funny.” She continued, “Just looking at the feet made us laugh. Yang Se-jong had trouble putting them on, and it was difficult to put them on while giggling.”
Yang Se-jong then expressed his admiration for Suzy’s character synchronization, saying, “Suzy, who plays the role of Lee Do-na, is 10,000% in sync with the character. I was convinced of that from the script reading.”
