Surprising past of New Jeans’ Korean-Australian member Danielle: She had regular appearances on TV as a child
Before joining HYBE’s new girl group, Danielle already debuted as a variety show member.
On August 2nd, a post about the past of New Jeans’ member Danielle was posted on the Korean online community Theqoo and drew much attention from netizens. It was revealed that when she was a child, Danielle appeared as a regular member in tvN’s entertainment program “Rainbow Kindergarten”, which was broadcast in 2011.

Danielle was born in April 2005 to an Australian father and a Korean mother. When she was a child, she worked as a kid model in Korea until she was 7 years old. She also appeared in different variety shows such as “Rainbow Kindergarten”, “Popopo”, and “Shinhwa Broadcasting”.
On August 1st, Danielle made her idol debut as a member of New Jeans, HYBE x ADOR’s rookie girl group produced by SM’s former creative director Min Hee Jin.
