Jungkook shows off his popularity as a ‘global super celebrity’ by topping Instagram’s increase of followers.
According to K-Pop Radar, Jungkook had the highest increase of Instagram daily followers on April 27th, gaining 56,000 followers in a day.
Previously on April 24th, Jungkook also ranked first with an impressive increase of more than 100,000 in the number of daily followers.
Jungkook proved his outstanding popularity by taking 1st place in the number of daily followers even though he did not upload any posts on Instagram for 8 days after April 20th.
Moreover, Jungkook’s personal Instagram has been consistently in the Top 5 for Instagram follower growth for 8 days from April 20th to April 27th, with a total number of followers increased by more than 488,000.
Jungkook also topped the ranking of weekly Instagram follower increase from April 10th to 16th (the 16th week of 2022).
In addition, Jungkook showed off his significant global presence by ranking 15th in ‘Top 1000 Instagram Influencers’ chart by HypeAuditor, an A.I-based marketing analysis company.
Jungkook’s rank is higher than Brazilian football player Neymar, Hollywood actor Tom Holland, world-famous female rapper Cardi B, and singer Billie Eilish.
As of April 29th, Jungkook‘s account reached 38.21 million followers on Instagram, followed by many global artists.
Meanwhile, Jungkook ranked second among all Korean male celebrities’ accounts with the most followers on Instagram.
