“Street Man Fighter” caused controversy because of the CP’s remarks

The production team of a male dancer survival program brought up controversial remarks.

The press conference of Mnet’s entertainment show “Street Man Fighter” (hereinafter referred to as “SMF”) was held at Stanford Hotel Korea in Seoul on August 23rd.

It is the sequel to “Street Woman Fighter” (hereinafter referred to as “SWF”), which made the names of female dancers such as No:ze, Lee Jung and Aiki widely known.

At the press conference, CP Kwon Young-chan expressed his opinion that there is a difference in the competition between male and female dancers.

CP Kwon said, “The survival of female dancers and male dancers is different. If there was jealousy and greed in the survival of female dancers, male dancers often showed loyalty and pride.”

CP Kwon added, “The male and female dancers also seem to show differences in dancing.”

“SMF” will premiere at 10:20 PM on August 23rd. A total of 8 teams will appear: BankTwoBrothers, EO-DDAE, Mbitious, YGX, 1MILLION, WeDemBoyz, JustJerk and PRIME KINGZ.
