Another celebrity recently bought a house worth hundreds of millions of won in full cash
According to the real estate industry on November 8th, actor Yoo Hae-jin purchased a 98-pyeong detached house in a traditional area for rich people in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul worth 4.5 billion won on October 27th.
The house Yoo Hae-jin bought has a total floor area of 322.38㎡ (98 pyeong) with one basement and two ground floors. According to the copy of the registration paper, the contract was signed on October 20th and the ownership transfer registration was completed a week later. Yoo Hae-jin reportedly paid the entire housing price in case without collateral.
In addition to Yoo Hae-jin, many other stars are also living in Seongbuk-dong. There are Bae Yong-joon & Park Soo-jin couple, Lee Min-ho, Lee Seung-gi, BLACKPINK’s Lisa, Beenzino, etc.
Yoo Hae-jin still owns the villa in Gugi-dong where he has lived for more than 10 years. The villa was bought with 860 million won in 2008 and its current price for sale is known to be around 2 billion won.
In February 2022, actress Han So-hee (28 years old) made headlines as she purchased a luxury villa worth 1.95 billion won in full cash. It’s a villa in Archieul Village, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. The price was 2.15 billion won, but Han Seo-hee successfully bought it about 200 million won lower.
What surprised everyone was that the actress paid for the entire amount of 1.95 billion won in cash without a bank loan. Since Han So-hee is known to have grown up in difficulties with her grandmother, many people were shocked upon hearing this news.
In May last year, Jeon Ji-hyun was also reported as the buyer of a penthouse in Ttukseom, Seoul, which recorded the highest transaction price of 13 billion won in 2022.
According to the media, the actress and her husband purchased the penthouse together. Given that there was no mortgage loan, it is presumed that Jeon Ji-hyun had paid for the entire purchase price in cash. In addition, the actress also moved her address to this place after buying it.
