Songjeong-dong, classified as adjacent to Seongsu-dong, is already very popular among stars. It is considered a promising real estate area for investment in detached houses and multi-family houses. S.E.S’s Bada also bought a building in this area in September 2019 then ran a bakery while living on the second floor. Bada bought it with 900 million won back then but its market price is already 2-3 billion won now. Singer Hong Jin-young also owned a five-story building in Songjeong-dong, which she bought with 3.5 billion won in August last year under the name of her agency. Opposite is the building purchased by Go So-young with 3.95 billion won, which is now being used for the actress’s brand business.

It is not difficult to find building owners in their 20s like Kwon Eun-bi in the entertainment industry now.
