Hyeri’s 4.39 Billion Won Gangnam Building Is Now Worth Almost Doubled
Actress Hyeri purchased and reconstructed a building located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On April 6th, Money Today reported that Hyeri purchased a 245.3㎡ building with a four-story area in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, under the name of the corporation she founded on December 31, 2020. According to reports, the building is an old building about 20 years after its completion, and it is estimated that the actress only needed to pay the price of the land, which was KRW 4.39 billion.
Hyeri paid the balance on March 30, 2021. She received permission for reconstruction within a month and began construction in June of the same year. The completed building has one basement floor and four floors above the ground and has a total floor area of 499.88㎡. Money Today reported that the current market price of the building and land is expected to be more than 7.5 billion won. The simple market profit reaches 3 billion won, but the real estate industry evaluates that it is not a large profit considering acquisition tax and construction costs.
