Apart from Yoona’s outstanding performance as an MC, her unrivaled beauty and fancy dress shone at the event, arousing keen attention from the audience.

Although Yoona has demonstrated her unique fashion sense through various beautiful outfits at award ceremonies before, she is said to have put great effort into preparing her dress, makeup, and hairstyle for the Blue Dragon Series Awards this time. Yoona’s staff shared, “In line with the free-spirited yet formality concept of the Blue Dragon Series Awards, she was worried a lot about bringing about a whole new feeling with her dress and makeup, making it look different from her previous award ceremony appearances.”  As a result, Yoona presented an impressive look that emphasized her charms and exuded an elegant yet lively and natural atmosphere at the event.

Yoona got praised for her unique hairstyle as she had her hair braided into two strands and let down. She chose it to express the main concept of the Blue Dragon Series Awards, which highlights Young, Hip, and Kitsch.

Her makeup also followed the same concept. Estée Lauder ambassador Yoona showcased a natural yet energetic vibe. By using the color ‘rebellious rose’, she perfectly expressed the atmosphere of the Blue Dragon Series Awards, which encourages new challenges and choices for series content.

That day, Yuna Lim wore a total of three dresses, one for the red carpet and the other two for two parts of the award ceremony. Yoona perfectly pulled off any dress she wore with her long arms and legs, white skin, and small face.

The red carpet dress was designed by Spanish designer Isabel Sanchis. With bold gold details and striking lines on the back, Yoona stole the spotlight from the moment she entered. It was the first time Yoona tried such a low-back design, aiming to present a chic yet sexy atmosphere matching the concept of the Blue Dragon Series Awards.

The dresses for the first and second parts of the award ceremony are both created by Bridal Kong. The fairy-like lavender dress presented a casual yet friendlier feeling so that Yoona could lead part 1 with bright energy. It made Yoona’s fairy-like visual stand out while showcasing her characteristic cheerful and lovely vibe.

The highly praised blue dress for part 2 is in line with the same context. With its unique texture, this tight dress caught the eyes of viewers with its uncommon color. Yoona’s staff shared, “As soon as Yoona saw the blue dress for the second part, she immediately shouted, ‘This is Blue Dragon!’.”
