A staff member from the crew of Netflix series ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ season 2 has passed away
On September 20th, according to Star News, it was sadly reported that a prop team staff member, A, from Netflix’s original series ‘Gyeongseong Creature‘ Season 2 recently passed away.
The exact cause of A’s death has not been revealed yet, and the police have requested an autopsy from the National Institute of Scientific Investigation (NISI) to determine the exact cause of death.
‘Gyeongseong Creature’ is a creature thriller drama set in the darkest days of 1945 when the shadows of the era were the deepest. It tells the story of two youths who faced off against a monster born out of greed when survival was everything. Season 1 completed filming in October last year, and Season 2 is currently in production.
A Netflix representative expressed condolences related to A’s tragic accident, “We can’t help but feel deep sorrow, and we extend our condolences to the deceased. We also offer our heartfelt sympathy to the family. We are currently in close communication with the production company to assess the situation.”
‘Gyeongseong Creature,’ set to be released in the second half of this year, stars actors such as Park Seo Joon, Han So Hee, Kim Hae Sook, Jo Han Chul, and Wi Ha Joon.
