“Squid Game 2” unveils cast lineup, creating explosive reactions

The cast lineup for season of Netflix’s “Squid Game” has been revealed, raising anticipations to higher than ever. 

At 5:30 PM on June 17th (local time), the casting for “Squid Game 2” was unveiled during Netflix’s global fan event “Tudum”, which was held in São Paulo, Brazil.

Here, a surprise video revealed that actors Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Joon, and Gong Yoo, who made an impact in Season 1, will be returning in “Squid Game 2”.

Furthermore, talented actors such as Im Si Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Sung Hoon, and Yang Dong Geun are also added to the cast, surprising everyone.

Im Si Wan has received praise for his performances in films like “Unlocked” and “Emergency Declaration”, as well as dramas like “Run On” and “Summer Strike”, where he showcased his versatile acting skills.

Kang Ha Neul has gained a lot of love through dramas like “When the Camellia Blooms”, “Insider”, “Moon Lovers”, and “Curtain Call.”

Park Sung Hoon, who made a strong impression in the Netflix series “The Glory” and Yang Dong Geun, who proved his presence in movies like “Yaksha: Ruthless Operations” and dramas such as “Cheer Up”, are also generating high expectations for their roles in Season 2.
