Sooyoung visited the SM building and drew attention.
On May 17th, Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung posted on her Instagram story a photo she took inside SM Entertainment’s building. She also added a smiling face with teary eyes emoji. The photo shows Sooyoung posing with her face covered in a casual and comfy outfit. What caught the most attention is the phrase “I don’t work here” on her hat.
Sooyoung’s story immediately went viral across various social media and online communities because of how funny it is, given the fact that Sooyoung is no longer an artist under SM Entertainment. However, she is still a Girls’ Generation member, and she probably went to SM building to prepare for the group’s upcoming promotions. On the same day, Girls’ Generation’s long-awaited full group comeback to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their debut was confirmed.
Netizens’ comments on Sooyoung’s story:
- The hat LOL. As expected of Sooyoung, she is so witty.
- Sooyoung was at SM probably to prepare for GG’s comeback. I’m looking forward to it
- Sooyoung is such a tease
- You can always trust Sooyoung’s sense. She’s the funniest.
- LOL how could she find such a perfect hat to wear at SM? Anw I’m looking forward to Soshi’s comeback
The “nation’s girl group” Girls’ Generation is returning to the K-pop scene with all 8 members after about 5 years. Their last comeback was in August 2017 with the 6th full album “Holiday Night”. At the time, Taeyeon, Yoona, Yuri, Sunny, and Hyoyeon renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment, while Sooyoung, Seohyun, and Tiffany moved to other agencies.
