Song Kang, Hwang Min-hyun Confirmed Enlistment Date, Na In-woo Is Next
Actors Song Kang and Hwang Min-hyun recently announced the news of their enlistment.
On February 29th, news of Song Kang and Hwang Min-hyun’s upcoming enlistment was reported. Song Kang’s agency, Namoo Actors, said on its official fan cafe, “Actor Song Kang will join the army on April 2nd.” It added, “There will be no separate official event on the day of his admission to the military academy. He will enter the military behind closed doors to prevent safety-related accidents caused by fans’ congestion at the site,” asking for fans’ understanding. “We ask for warm love and support so that Song Kang can faithfully fulfill his duty of national defense and return in a more mature and healthy state.”
Song Kang, who was born in 1994, recently appeared in SBS drama “My Demon” and Netflix series “Sweet Home Season 2.”
Hwang Min-hyun also announced the news of his enlistment. Hwang Min-hyun’s agency Pledis said, “Hwang Min-hyun will fulfill his military duty from March 21st,” and reported that he will do alternative military service. “There is no official event on the day of his admission to the training center, so please refrain from visiting the site and other service sites. Please leave your wishes for the artist through Weverse messages,” it stressed. Finally, “We ask for your continuous love and support so that the artist can faithfully fulfill his military duty and return with a healthier state. We will also make efforts to support the artist.”
Hwang Min-hyun, who was born in 1995, is will remain active before entering the military. He will hold a fan meeting at Shinhan Card Artium in COEX, Gangnam-gu, Seoul from August 8 to 10.
Na In-woo, who recently appeared on the hit drama “Marry My Husband,” was born in 1994 and is expected to join the military within this year. No specific schedule has been announced yet.
