On September 19, the “HighZium Studio” channel released a video featuring Song Joong-ki. In the clip, Song—currently playing florist Sunwoo Hae in JTBC’s My Youth—appeared with flower illustrations, coloring them while explaining their symbolic meanings and updating fans on his personal life.
Marking his milestone birthday, Song revealed his simple plans: “Honestly, I like spending my birthday at work the most. It feels natural to let the day pass while filming, and I’m not the type who enjoys big parties. This year, I’ll just have a small meal with my family,” he said, expressing his affection for his loved ones.
Song also spoke about his role as a florist and his newfound love for flowers. “Since I enjoy being surrounded by freshness, my house is always full of flowers—especially orchids,” he shared.
In a recent appearance on Park Na-rae’s YouTube channel, Song also mentioned his daily routine, saying, “I live in the same neighborhood as Park Na-rae. When I go for walks, I often pass by her house. I usually go out between 7 and 9 in the morning.”
Looking ahead, Song will hold his long-awaited fan meeting, 2025 Song Joong Ki Fanmeeting – Stay Happy, on October 25 at Ewha Womans University Auditorium in Seoul, marking his first in seven years.
Song Joong-ki married British actress Katy Louise Saunders in 2023, when he also announced her pregnancy. Just five months later, they welcomed their first son, and last year, their daughter was born, making Song a proud father of two.
