In 2020, Song Joong Ki demolished the original house, which has a land area of 600 meter square, and constructed a new building with 3 floors below ground and 2 floors above, leading to a total floor area of 993 meter square.
The estimated value for this real estate is now estimated to be between 18 and 20 billion won (13.7 to 15.3 million USD), which means he earned double the original price in 6 years.
