Song Hye Kyo Belatedly Shares Thoughts on Missed Opportunity to Work with Han So Hee in a Drama  

Song Hye Kyo mentioned Han So Hee in a recent interview, leaving fans excited

Back in May, Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee reportedly both withdrew from the cast of the drama “The Price of Confession.” Han So Hee’s reps even stated that the actress only learned about this through the media. This led to speculation that the drama’s production team had treated Han So Hee unfairly by removing her from the cast without prior notice.

On September 27th, Song Hye Kyo addressed this matter in an interview with Sports Chosun. She said, “Han So Hee is very lovely. It would have been great if we could have worked together, but things didn’t go as planned. Han So Hee, director Shim Nayeon, and I were all disappointed, so things fell through, we told each other, ‘Let’s meet on another occasion.’ I’m wondering how it will be when I have the opportunity to work with a young trendy actress.”

“Nowadays, I see many works focusing on women’s stories, so I think there will be another opportunity (to work with Han So Hee),” Song Hye Kyo expressed hope that she would soon be able to team up with Han So Hee in the future.

Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee have a close relationship in real life. Although they have never been seen together in public, the two have frequently supported each other’s works and had friendly interactions on social media. Song Hye Kyo even sent a coffee truck to the filming location of Han So Hee’s drama to show her support.

The two interacted under each other’s Instagram posts. Under a post by Han So Hee in June, Song Hye Kyo praised her, “You’re so beautiful.”
