Son Ye-jin attended the 46th Golden Cinematography Awards held at the CG Art Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on June 8.
On the day, Son Ye-jin wore a soft pink long dress that highlighted her understated beauty, showcasing her signature elegant and graceful charm. She completed the refined look with natural makeup and minimal accessories, creating a sophisticated and polished atmosphere.

In particular, the actress drew attention for her layered short bob hairstyle. Styled with soft outward curls, the look added a playful mood and offered a noticeably different image from her usual appearance.
However, reactions to the overall styling were mixed. Some netizens expressed disappointment, leaving comments such as, “Maybe it’s for a project, but the hairstyle doesn’t suit her,” “Since it’s an awards ceremony, I wish the hairstyle matched the dress better,” “The dress, shoes, and hair don’t feel cohesive,” and “The dress looks goddess-like, but the hair feels retro.”

Meanwhile, Son Ye-jin was honored with the Best Actress award at the ceremony. Taking the stage, she shared, “This award feels even more meaningful because it was given by cinematographers. In fact, the film “No Other Choice” was truly the best filming environment, with director Park Chan-wook and an incredible team of cinematographers and staff. I don’t think I could have received this award without these amazing people and fellow actors. Moving forward, I will work even harder to become an actress who can contribute, even in a small way, to the best filming environments.”
