Singer Song So-hee expressed her thoughts on the joke of soccer fans that mentioned her and Son Heung-min as a couple.
A video uploaded on the Youtube channel “리춘수 [Lee Chun-soo]” on February 4th showed Lee Chun-soo having a meal and talking with singer Song So-hee. On that day, Lee Chun-soo mentioned the joke made by soccer fans about Son Heung-min and Song So-hee that is spread widely online.
Lee Chun-soo said, “Korean soccer fans are saying that Son Heung-min should marry a South American woman. It is because South Americans are good at soccer, so their child would also play soccer well. But since we have Song So-hee, he (Son Heung-min) doesn’t have to do so. I saw this content all over the place on the Internet.”
The reason is that Song So-hee recently showed off her amazing soccer skills when appearing on SBS’s “Kick A Goal”.
Noticing that Song So-hee was embarrassed, Lee Chun-soo explained, “There are reasons. Pretty? OK. Korean? OK. Do the two’s ages match each other? OK. Like playing soccer? OK. Good at soccer? OK. Will Son Heung-min’s dad like you? OK.”
Song So-hee then said, “I actually saw this many times. A lot of my acquaintances sent it to me. But I also heard another story. It is said that coach Son Woong-jung might not like me because I’m not good at using my left foot”, drawing laughter.
Lee Chun-soo replied, “Heung-min is a junior that I really like. So-hee is my favorite friend. It would be great if the two get married.”
