It was more shocking when the daily routine of Cho Joo-bin, a 25-year-old man who graduated from a college in Incheon, was unveiled. Although he was a notorious “Doctor” online, enough to be considered a “devil”, Cho Joo-bin led a perfect double life by doing volunteer work regularly and serving as the editor-in-chief of a school newspaper. On the day of his arrest, a bundle of cash worth 130 million won was found in his room.
