The hit Chinese variety show has entered its seventh season, officially airing in April. According to HK01, this season introduces a major format change: from the preliminary stage at the end of March to the final night, all seven performance rounds will be broadcast live in full.

This means every stage will be aired without any post-production editing for sound or visuals, offering a raw, real-time experience. It is considered an extremely demanding and realistic challenge, testing not only the contestants’ live singing and dancing skills but also their mental strength.
