She will show her new side as actress Kim Hyung-seo, not singer Bibi
Bibi recently gave a full-fledged greeting as actress Kim Hyung-seo through a press preview of the movie “Hwaran (directed by Kim Chang-hoon)” at COEX Megabox in Seoul on September 22nd. The actress said, “It is the first time for me to greet you as an actress. It’s my first acting challenge, so I’m very curious about how you would have liked it,” expressing a cautious yet exciting feeling.
Kim Hyung-seo added, “There are many things I don’t know yet, so I think I worked on it by looking at what the director drew on the white drawing paper and what kind of picture he wanted to make together. I think the character was a very good match with her name, Ha-yan (also means white in Korean).”
“Hwaran” is a noir drama about a boy named Yeon-kyu (Hong Sa-bin), who wants to escape from hellish reality, meets the middle boss of an organization, Chi-gun (Song Joong-ki), and go into the world in jeopardy. After being officially invited to the Un Certain Regard section of the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and making its debut, it will be released in Korea on the 11th of next month.
