On December 18, Siba Media released a strongly worded public statement accusing Ju Jingyi and her personal studio of repeatedly spreading false information, misleading fans, and damaging the company’s reputation across the entertainment industry and online platforms.

“This is our final notice to artist Ju Jingyi,” the statement began, emphasizing that the company believes she has continuously distorted facts, abused her public influence, and deliberately misled fans and the general public.

According to Siba Media, Ju Jingyi allegedly disseminated misinformation that harmed the company’s social credibility, commercial image, and normal business operations. The company further accused her of encouraging online harassment, describing it as cyber violence that caused “significant and irreversible damage.”

The statement posed a pointed question to the public: “What is more important national law, public order, and public interest, or personal gain?” Siba Media stressed that it would not tolerate continued violations or defamatory behavior.

Most notably, the company warned that it has already collected substantial evidence and plans to submit both public and anonymous complaints in the future. These complaints, Siba Media claims, may include allegations of serious economic crimes involving Ju Jingyi and related parties.

Siba Media also stated that it intends to report the matter directly to relevant national regulatory authorities, media outlets, and the wider online public at a later date.

The dispute between Ju Jingyi and Siba Media has drawn widespread attention, as the actress was previously one of the company’s most prominent stars. With both sides showing no signs of compromise, the situation appears poised to move into a more aggressive legal phase.

As of now, Ju Jingyi and her studio have not issued a public response to Siba Media’s latest ultimatum.
