A somewhat shocking speculation has been raised regarding ENA’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”.
On August 17th, a video titled “Raon was OOO! The person who controlled Tae Soo-mi’s son from behind, Woo Young-woo finds out!” was uploaded on the review-specialized YouTube channel “Word of mouth TV”. YouTuber “Word of mouth TV” introduced, “We’ll review episode 15 and analyze episode 16’s preview.”
At the end of episode 15 of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo“, which aired on the same day, there was a scene implying that the hacker, the culprit of the “Raon personal information leakage case”, was Tae Soo-mi (Jin Kyung)’s son Choi Sang-hyeon (Choi Hyun-jin). In episode 16’s preview, which was released shortly after the main broadcast, Tae Soo-mi’s son visited Woo Young-woo (Park Eun-bin) and said, “I don’t think you’ll do what my mom tells you to…”
Referring to this content, “Word of mouth TV” speculated, “Choi Sang-hyeon took out Raon’s personal information, but it seems that someone controlled him from behind. I think we should consider the person who controlled Choi Sang-hyeon as the real culprit of the Raon case.”
“Word of mouth TV” explained, “Choi Sang-hyeon seems to have never expected his hacking to bring about such a situation. He thought he’d just pay a fine, then Bae In-cheol (Kim Joo-hun) tried to make an extreme choice by ingesting a cyanide pill in court. He was treated urgently, but he was unconscious. Seeing this, Choi Sang-hyeon called someone, but the phone was not connected and only voicemail came out. However, it was quite meaningful for Choi Sang-hyeon to leave a voice message.”
“Word of mouth TV” argued persuasively, “It can be seen here that the real criminal who ordered the hacking was very close to Choi Sang-hyeon and Bae In-cheol. If so, it seems that the most suspicious person is Chan Hong (Ryu Kyung-hwan), who appeared as Raon’s co-CEO along with Bae In-cheol. Since Bae In-cheol was just a businessman, I feel that Chan Hong did all the construction of Raon alone. Just like the early days of ‘Apple’. Bae In-cheol is like ‘Steve Jobs’ while Chan Hong is like ‘Steve Wozniak’.”
“Word of mouth TV” added, “It was Wozniak who created everything about Apple, and Jobs who made it into a company to attract investment and set the direction for management. Bae In-cheol and Chan Hong are like that. The combination of businessman Bae In-cheol and developer Chan Hong created a company called Raon with annual sales of 30 trillion won.”
“Word of mouth TV” emphasized, “Chan Hong used the means of ‘leaking personal information through hacking’ to warn that the server is so defenseless in order to carry out his belief as a developer. However, he’d never have expected that it’d lead to Bae In-cheol’s extreme attempt. So the real culprit is Chan Hong.”
The video is receiving great attention, recording more than 340,000 views in about 14 hours after it was uploaded. The majority of netizens responded by agreeing that “It sounds plausible”.
