On December 28th, Reporter-turned-Youtuber Lee Jin-ho uploaded a new video titled “Who leaked it?” on his YouTube channel.
In the video, Lee Jin-ho said, “Why were private recordings and Kakaotalk messages revealed openly on YouTube out of the intention of the parties involved? Let’s look into the background”.
The YouTuber then talked about A, a former actress who has been identified as the accomplice of entertainment establishment head B.
He claimed, “B and A are close friends. It was recently revealed that A is a woman in her 20s who was B’s upstairs neighbor. In fact, the two met each other in prison”, adding “B is known to have been convicted several times and also arrested for taking drugs. After B was arrested on charges of fraud, the two met in the prison and became close.”
Lee Jin-ho added, “After both of them were released from prison, they lived in the same officetel and shared the same password. B talked to A about everything, from the man she secretly met to her customers at the entertainment establishment and also her relationship with Lee Sun-kyun. Later, B extorted 300 million won from Lee Sun-kyun, saying she was threatened by someone. A also extorted 50 million won from the deceased. Both of them had been sued by the late actor”.
Earlier on the 26th, A did not show up at the substantive questioning for an arrest warrant at the Incheon District Court so the police tried to confirm A’s whereabouts and arrested her on the 27th.
Meanwhile, Lee Sun-kyun passed away after attending the third police summons. As a result, the police plan to close his drug investigation because it is now impossible to prosecute the suspect. The actor’s funeral has been set up at the funeral hall of Seoul National University Hospital in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
