The photos captured moments from Shindong’s recent trip to Beijing, China, with fellow Super Junior member Eunhyuk. Whether visiting popular restaurants, tourist attractions, or relaxing in hotel lobbies, Shindong drew attention with a noticeably slimmer physique and sharper facial features, making it difficult to find any trace of his former fuller appearance.
Standing at 177.5 cm according to his official profile, Shindong showcased impressive proportions with virtually no visible excess weight, radiating an aura comparable to that of a professional model.
The singer previously made headlines after successfully losing approximately 37 kilograms. He had once revealed that he lost 37 kilograms in just five months, only to regain the weight within three months due to the well-known yo-yo effect.
During his weight-loss journey, Shindong reportedly tried the obesity treatment drug Wegovy. However, after not achieving the results he had hoped for, he decided to stop using the medication.
Instead, he restarted his weight-loss efforts in November of last year when he weighed 106 kilograms. This time, he focused on developing healthier lifestyle habits, including maintaining regular meals and completely avoiding late-night snacks.
Through consistent self-discipline and without relying on medication, Shindong gradually achieved a healthier physique. His slimmer face, defined jawline, and broad shoulders have impressed fans and become a testament to his dedication.
