SEVENTEEN’s Boo Seung-kwan Recalls Touching Memory With Park Bo-gum

On June 3rd, Seungkwan (Boo Seung-kwan) uploaded a photo of SEVENTEEN and Park Bo-gum on his SNS account and told a story about the actor.

Seungkwan said, “In the early days of our debut, people didn’t know us, but you approached us with a bright smile and said, ‘I really love the song ‘When I Grow Up’’. You might have said it because you liked the song after hearing it by chance, but at that time, you were the only senior who complimented our b-side track, not the title song. We felt so proud and we always remember it throughout our activities”, adding “Even after that time, you always smiled and greeted us whenever we met”.

Recalling the past, Seungkwan, “We met again at MAMA Awards after a long time. We received Daesang and were taking a commemorative photo. Once again, you came to us first and said, ‘Congratulations! Can I take a picture with you guys~?!’. It’s been almost 10 years but your sincere smile when congratulating us is still the same”.

He then added a review after attending the premiere of the movie “Wonderland”, starring Park Bo-gum.

Seungkwan shared, “I felt so touched”, adding “After watching the movie, for the first time, I developed hope that a world in a movie like Wonderland exists in real life. I actually have an expectation that such a world will be created someday”.

He continued, “These days, I feel more warmth and appreciation toward people. Although I can’t be a good person to everyone, I want to be nice to everyone who has helped me live this life. Watching you, I once again realized that”, adding “The movie leaves a deep impression on me. I was able to meet such a warmhearted and great senior in my life and watch a warm and good movie. Thank you, hyung”

Meanwhile, “Wonderland” will be officially released on June 5th. The movie tells about people meeting their loved ones again through ‘Wonderland’, a video call service that restores dead people using AI technology. It stars Tang Wei, Suzy, Jung Yu-mi, Choi Woo-sik, and Park Bo-gum.
