SEVENTEEN BSS drew explosive responses for the way they excited the audience at Circle Chart Music Awards

SEVENTEEN’s unit BSS proved themselves as experienced idols by presenting an impressive performance at a recent award ceremony.

On February 18th, Circle Chart Music Awards 2022 was held at KSPO Dome in Seoul Olympic Park. SEVENTEEN won Artist of the Year – Physical Album (2nd Quarter) and Male Group of the Year.

SEVENTEEN’s unit BSS (Seungkwan, Dokyeom, Hoshi) took the stage and received the awards on behalf of their group. They said, “In 2016, we were given K-POP World Rookie Award. It’s such a new feeling that we received Male Group of the Year 7 years later. We’re honored to be here with so many great artists.”

Along with their acceptance speech, BSS continued to heat up the award ceremony by performing two songs “Fighting” and “Just Do it”.

In particular, the three made witty adlibs and completed an exciting performance by going down the stage to make other artists and fans stand up and hype their songs. 

While singing, Dokyeom added an unexpected comment, “Everyone, today is my birthday. Please congratulate me”, drawing laughter.

Meanwhile, BSS released their first single album “SECOND WING” after 5 years on February 6th. The title “Fighting (Feat. Lee Young Ji)” is an uptempo song featuring a cool drum sound and exciting punk rhythm. 

The trio released the digital single “Just Do it” in March 2018 and gained huge love for their straightforward and witty lyrics as well as enthusiastic performances that conveyed positive energy to people around the world.
