Seolhyun about “Summer Strike” co-star Im Si Wan, “He has treated me comfortably since we first met”
AOA’s Seolhyun boasted a comfortable chemistry with Im Si Wan.
On November 15th, the press conference for the upcoming Genie TV’s drama “Summer Strike” was held in Seoul with the attendance of director Lee Yoon Jung, and actors Seolhyun, Im Si Wan.
Regarding what it was like working with Im Si Wan, Seolhyun said, “He has treated me comfortably since we first met. We joined the project as actors and didn’t realize we were both idols. He guided me well on set, so I really trusted and followed him. I could trust him because he has more experience than me.“
When asked if she had a bucket list in her life, Seolhyun said, “I’m not very good at cooking. Learning to cook is my bucket list. If I had a year of time, I would like to work hard to get a cooking certificate or show off my cooking to others with confidence. I am the best at Korean food and also the worst at Korean food.”
“Summer Strike” follows Yeo Reum (Seolhyun), a voluntarily unemployed woman who declares a life strike to do absolutely nothing, and librarian Dae Beom (Im Si Wan), whose life is a question mark.
“Summer Strike” will be released online through Genie TV and seezn, and premiere on TV through the ENA channel at 9:20 pm KST on November 21st.
