On December 5, former Channel A reality show cast member Seo Min-jae (legally renamed Seo Eun-woo) uploaded a short video on her social media with the caption, “Nice to meet you♥.”
The video showed a newborn, though she did not specifically confirm whether the baby was hers. However, based on timing—Seo Min-jae previously shared her due date as December 13—many believe she has welcomed her first child.
Back on May 2, Seo Min-jae revealed her pregnancy publicly by writing “Congratulations on becoming a dad” alongside photos and personal information of her boyfriend. She later claimed that the boyfriend disappeared after learning of the pregnancy, accused her of stalking, and threatened legal action.
In response, the boyfriend (referred to as A) issued a statement through his legal representative, saying: “After hearing about the pregnancy, A continued communicating with Seo Eun-woo, discussing the future, and even informed his parents. He has never avoided responsibility.”
A’s side further alleged that Seo Min-jae had repeatedly called him dozens of times and visited his residence unannounced starting from April 29, claiming she had assaulted and confined him. His legal representative stated they planned to pursue legal action against her.
After publicly posting accusations for months, Seo Min-jae later deleted all posts related to A. This sparked speculation that the two had come to an agreement.
But she denied it, saying: “I didn’t delete the posts because we reached a settlement. Thank you to those who worry about me from near or far.”
She continued, “The biological father still remains unresponsive and has blocked all contact. I am in a powerless position, simply hoping for communication. Because of that, I have delayed legal action and will stay silent regarding the suspected illegal actions of the other party.”
With Seo Min-jae now seemingly hinting at the birth of her child, public attention is once again focused on the unresolved dispute between her and the baby’s father—and what the next steps may be.
