EXO’s Xiumin and Sehun respond to a question related to the group’s comeback.
On September 26, ahead of the official solo debut of EXO’s Xiumin, fellow member Sehun appeared at the press conference for Xiumin’s first solo mini album “Brand New” as the MC.
As it has been a long time since EXO last carried out comeback promotions as a group due to members’ military enlistment, Kpop Herald asked Sehun and Xiumin if EXO has any plans for a full-group comeback.
In response, Xiumin mentioned that his hiatus as an EXO member was long and expressed his wish to go on stage and do music as EXO again.
Sehun particularly drew attention by saying, “It’s just my opinion, but I think (EXO’s comeback) will happen soon.” Sehun’s remark has made fans excited for EXO’s comeback more than ever.
The last EXO’s comeback was in June 2021 with the mini album “Don’t Fight The Feeling”. However, the album was released without any activities, leaving regret. Since then, member Lay has left SM Entertainment, while Chanyeol and Baekhyun enlisted in the military.
