At a recent TV show broadcast, Sandara Park has clarified rumors of her having 30 billion won in property.
On the August 15th broadcast of SBS’s “Dolsing Fourment”, the “three beauties” – actress Park Jung Soo and Hong Soo Ah, along with Sandara Park, made an appearance.
Here, Lee Sang Min mentioned, “You manage your appearance well, but I heard that your money management is a mess?”
Responding to this question, Sandara Park revealed that she has a separate room for shoes, saying, “There might be around 1,000 pairs. I have never counted. I have a separate room just to display shoes”.
Then, when asked which pair of sneakers is the most expensive in her collection, Sandara Park surprised everyone by answering, “G-Dragon’s sneakers have a resale value of about 40 million won.”
At this, Lee Sang Min added, “There were even people who said they would pay 100 million won for those sneakers,” shocking everyone once again.
During the same broadcast, Sandara Park addressed the rumors about her having 30 billion won (approx. 22 million USD) in property, saying, “That’s not true, I may have had such an amount 8 years ago, I don’t have that much now”.
The female idol also honestly explained, “Currently, my juniors are rising, and after 2NE1 disbanded, I couldn’t be active, so it (my earnings) decreased.
To this, Tak Jae Hoon jokingly asked if Sandara Park has 20 billion won now, whilst Lee Sang Min questioned that the female idol would want to buy with so much money.
In response, Sandara Park said she wants to buy more sneakers and isn’t interested in having a big house. Later on, as Tak Jae Hoon persistently ask about her money, Sandara Park firmly stated, “I don’t have cash,” drawing laughter.
