According to a report by Japanese magazine Josei Seven, Snow Man member Ryota Miyadate was seen spending time with Nippon TV announcer Miyu Kuroda, who is often described as one of the network’s rising stars.
In the early morning hours of a day in February 2026, Kuroda was allegedly seen leaving Miyadate’s residence and heading to work at Nippon TV’s headquarters in Shiodome, Tokyo. Witnesses claim the time was just before 7 a.m., suggesting she had stayed overnight before going directly to her morning schedule.
Miyadate, affectionately nicknamed “Date-sama” by fans, is known as Snow Man’s “prince-like” member. His refined image and polite demeanor have helped him gain a wide fanbase that spans multiple generations. Beyond music activities, he has expanded into acting, appearing in dramas and films while maintaining strong popularity in variety programs.
Meanwhile, Kuroda has built a solid reputation at Nippon TV. She currently serves as an MC on the morning information show DayDay. and appears on several variety programs. Industry observers have even described her as a possible successor to veteran announcer Mito, highlighting her fast-growing presence within the network.
Josei Seven reported that since the beginning of the year, Kuroda has frequently visited Miyadate’s home, pointing to a close relationship between the two. The pair reportedly have a six-year age gap and are said to have grown closer over the past year. An acquaintance familiar with the situation claimed that their honest and straightforward personalities helped them bond naturally.
Given Miyadate’s strong sense of responsibility toward his fans, sources say the two primarily meet in private settings rather than public places.
When asked about the dating rumors, Miyadate’s agency stated, “She is one of his friends.” Nippon TV also responded cautiously, saying, “We do not comment on matters related to our employees’ private lives.”
