“Runnning Man” Members’ Reactions To Kim Jong-kook’s Marriage Remarks, Yoo Jae-suk Gave Up

The 2023 SBS Entertainment Awards took place at SBS Prism Tower in Sangnam-dong on December 30th. That day, Lee Kyung-gyu asked Kim Jong-kook, who was a candidate for Daesang, about his intention to get married.

While introducing the Daesang nominees, Lee Kyung-gyu praised Kim Jong-kook for dressing like a bridegroom, saying “Why don’t you get married? Why can’t you do that? Is there any behind story?”.

MC Lee Sang-min added, “You don’t do it or can’t do it? Do you want to get married? Do you have someone to marry?”.

In response, Kim Jong-kook said, “I want to get married and I will do it. I should do it quickly…”. At that time, the camera suddenly focused on Song Ji-hyo’s face, who sat at the same table as the “Running Man” team.

Kim Jong-kook continued, “I’ll do it. I should do it. I don’t know when but I’ll try to do it as fast as I can”, expressing his intention to get married once again.

Haha also teased his close friend Kim Jong-kook, saying, “He’s talking about that for 20 years. Jae-suk hyung already gave up on waiting. Did he lower his standard or was it Britney? You’re dating well in LA, right? I hope you get married quickly for the sake of your children. Then you can focus more on ‘Running Man’, right?”, drawing laughter.
